"Slow reply, but it got sorted"
I don’t know why the support team took a bit longer to reply, but once they got back to me, they were helpful and sorted everything out.

"Didn’t feel worth it for hydration"
I really wanted this to work because my skin has been feeling dry, but it didn’t do much for me. After using it, my face still felt tight and not really moisturized, so it didn’t feel like the nourishing product I was expecting.
It might be fine for someone with less dry skin, but for the price and the results I got, I don’t think it was worth it. I used it long enough to give it a fair chance and didn’t notice any real improvement, so I won’t be repurchasing.

"Ingredients seem kind of hit or miss"
So, yeah, the ingredients seem a little mixed to me. Some of them are okay, but others I’m not totally sure about. Overall, it’s not bad, just kind of in-between.

"I really wanted to like this..."
I really wanted to like this, but the texture was just too thick and greasy for my skin. It kind of sat on top of my face instead of absorbing, which made me feel shiny and uncomfortable. I also felt like the goalposts kept moving with how I was supposed to use it, less product, more time to sink in, different routine, and no matter what, it still didn’t work for me.

"Nice, but my skin didn’t totally love it"
I tried a couple of products from Edinburgh Skincare, and I don’t know why, but I really expected them to be super gentle on my skin. They felt nice at first and the scent was lovely, but after a few days my skin started getting a little red. It wasn’t a huge reaction or anything, just not quite as calming as I’d hoped. The packaging was fine too. I think they might be great for someone with less sensitive skin than mine.

"The scent was just too strong for me"
It felt fine on my skin, but the smell was really intense. It was kind of perfumey, actually, more perfumey than I expected—and it lingered way longer than I wanted. I ended up not using it much because the scent was just too much for me

"I wasn’t really impressed with how it showed..."
I wasn’t really impressed with how it showed up... The box was a little squashed, and the label looked like someone just slapped it on in a hurry?? For skincare, I was expecting it to feel a bit cleaner, nicer, and more taken care of!!!

The actual product might be totally fine, to be fair, but the way it was presented put me off right away... It just didn’t feel premium, or even very professional!! Based on that first impression alone, I don’t think I’d order it again.

"Wish I had read the reviews first"
I don’t think this was worth the money. It felt way too expensive for what you actually get, and I’m kind of regretting the purchase now. I really wish I had read the reviews first.

"Delivery was frustrating, but I guess it arrived"
My order took way longer than they said it would, and the tracking was basically useless most of the time. I was annoyed and kept wondering if it was even coming. Then it finally showed up and I was like, okay fine, at least it’s here. Still, I’m not sure I’d order again unless I really had to.
